The 100 encourages men to use their God-given gifts to serve God and His Church by providing opportunities for outreach, fellowship, and service. As men we often feel God calling us to serve but either we don't have the opportunity or don't know how to "plug in." The 100 provides an outlet for these callings while building relationships and allowing men to connect with one another. As a Christ centered ministry, The 100 encourages men to become the Christian leaders God has called them to be; in the home, in the Church, and in the community.
